How long is processing and shipping?
All orders require a processing and handling time up to 10 business days. USPS is our shipping parcel provider and once shipped, your order should arrive within 3-5 business days not including weekends and holidays. However, for faster shipping methods we do offer rush options and express shipping if needed.
How do I check my order status?
To individually check your order status, click the "Track Your Order" tab in our navigation bar. You can also email us directly through our Contact Us page on our Footer bar and fill out or contact form. We will give you a response within 24-48 hours. Dont hesitate to chat with us directly online for a possible update after hours.
What is the origin of the human hair?

How do I know if the wig will fit my head?
Glad you asked! Never let anyone tell you a wig fits literally all head sizes. Everyone has a unique head shape and size. So although you may can get into a wig it doesn't necessarily mean it's a proper fit and a lot fail to realize this. Our ready to ship units will always go by the overall head circumference (21,22,23,etc.) so if your head circumference is a 22, which is average but you have a shorter than average ear to ear you will notice that the wig may actually fit but the ear to ear part may appear a little bulky. This explains why all measurements are required for a snug fit, otherwise going only by head cirfumference will only guarantee that it will fit.

Unfortunately, we no longer offer pre-ordered wigs placed directly through our site due to our unability to list every such wide variety of options we offer. However, if you would like to inquire please give us an email and we will gladly have a wig consultation.
